Q&A

Q The product makes loud noises or vibrates excessively during operation.
- Please check if the floor where the product is installed is level and whether it is in contact with other objects.
- If the noise is irregular and seems mechanical, turn off the power immediately and contact the customer service center.

Q The LCD control panel does not turn on.
- If the power switch is turned on but the device does not receive power, please check whether the power fuse is blown.

Q [FN-S400/S100/S50] The sterilant is not being dispensed when the device is operating.
- Press the nozzle cleaning needle at the outlet 2–3 times to clear any blockages.
- Check whether the peristaltic pump is functioning properly.
- If the motor is running normally but no sterilant is being supplied, please contact the service center.

Q Cases Where the Warranty Does Not Apply
All products are covered under warranty based on the customer’s purchase date. However, the warranty will not be applicable in the following cases:
1. Malfunction caused by user negligence or improper handling
2. Malfunction resulting from incorrect operation that does not follow the user manual
3. Damage or malfunction due to repairs or modifications by unauthorized personnel
4. Damage during transportation or relocation after installation
5. Absence of product warranty card, proof of purchase, or purchase history
6. Damage caused by external physical shock, cable disconnection, deformation, or other abnormal external forces

Q Warranty Period by Product
All products are covered under warranty based on the customer’s purchase date. The warranty periods by model are as follows:
- FN-S400: 1 year from the date of purchase
- FN-S100: 1 year from the date of purchase
- FN-D50: 1 year from the date of purchase
- FN-D100: 1 year from the date of purchase
- FN-P20: 2 years from the date of purchase
